    The reduction of feral cats (Felis catus) in Sherbrooke, Victoria, resulted in a population increase in the superb lyrebird (see Menura novaehollandiae in IUCN Red List of Threatened Species) (H. Bradley Pers. Comm., in Dickman 1996). Foxes were also removed or reduced in the study at Sherbrooke.
